I will never return to Details again. Had a highlight and cut by Nadean (Avon) and bleach was left on my hair for an hour, and my hair was overprocessed so bad that some of my hair broke off, and I had several bleed spots. I called her, and she told me that the spots should be gone in a week! I have never had this happen anywhere else. The owner tried to fix it. (she even said I was being nice about it) It looked better, but my hair still has spots and a lot of breakage. I called the owner and tried to get my money back, and she never returned my call. NEVER AGAIN!
