I had the best experience here. Everyone was so helpful and patient to me. I will only go to this Verizon store because of the incredible customer service. And they were very real people not salesman. They gave me excellent service and a ton of information that has helped me.

absolutely horrible experience. went in becuase my new phone that was less then 60days old was not charging. did not have to wait long. how ever all the staff did was attempt to charge my phone with there chargers... that was it. handed the phone back to me after they messed around with it and took 20 minutes to look up my account. they said i have to call customer service in order to receive a replacement phone under the warranty. i guess the stores are no longer considered customer service staff and in order to get anything done u have to call yourself, i could have done that and not wasted 45 minutes of my time doing nothing. fyi this experience was about 2 months ago just been busy hav not had a chance to post this.
